TEAM
Audrey, Owner
Audrey has been playing basketball, running, jumping, and vibrating since before she can remember. She started off her athletic career in Karate and by the time she was twelve was a third degree brown belt. In high school, she was a four sport varsity starting athlete in Cross Country, Volleyball, Basketball, and Track , winning the state championship in basketball and multiple state metals in track. In the summers she competed nationally in USAT&F for the Heptathlon, AAU junior olympics for basketball, and ASA softball. She was then recruited by the University of Kansas for the Heptathlon and asked to walk on to the women's basketball team as well. But after two ACL surgeries her freshman and sophomore year, depression hit and the end of her college athletic career inspired her to begin a new one.
Audrey moved out to LA and in 2002 began a two thousand hour, two and a half year, pilates certification at The Pilates Studio of Los Angeles and has been teaching privately ever since. Over the last twenty years, she has single-handedly built a successful fitness business and trained such clientele as Karen O, Sia, Lykke Li, Mark and Grace Ronson, Samantha Ronson, Jon Hopkins, Maime Gummer, Natasha Kahn, Tala Madani, Emma Forrest, Ben Mendelsohn and Shana Feste —all while the world has continued to throw curveballs her way. When the pandemic hit, she lost her beloved studio at The Sweat Spot due to it being torn down, and then not long after that—lost her father—she knew once again it was time for a change.
She built her own home studio—a greenhouse to pay tribute to Audrey and her father’s shared love of nature. It is a sanctuary for her clients to find a sense of calm from the outside world while also being pushed to their potential. To this day, it’s exercise that has not only shaped Audrey’s life, but gotten her through it. “Anytime I am depressed or frustrated, over or underwhelmed, it changes my mood, it calms my nervous system, and it helps me organize my thoughts. As a child it taught me how to work as a team, and the community and coaches that were part of that team have shaped my life forever. Sports gave me confidence as a woman and it puts my ego in check. It is NEVER too late to become an athlete. And I invite anyone and everyone: play with your kid, play with your neighbor, play with strangers, and be proud of yourselves."
Exercise is not a privilege, it is a right.
ROLE MODELS

Dalia
Dalia's love for sports started at the young age of three when she was recruited by elite Russian gymnastics coach, Jutec Kasamon, to train competitively. After overcoming a career ending injury, Dalia found solace in a variety of other competitive sports and received a sports scholarship to the Repton boarding school in Dubai for her prowess in Soccer, Basketball, Rounders, and Tennis. Later, she became one of the first female FIFA accredited soccer coaches in the region. As an adult, Dalia has focused on tennis because of the longevity of the sport and the mental fortitude that playing singles requires. She also believes it’s the closest form of therapy she can get without having to actually speak to someone else. Today, Dalia lives in Los Angeles and has cultivated a full time career in acting and writing. She’s currently in pre-production on her first film “The Weekend On Cape Cod When Everything Changed”, a multicultural indie rom-com inspired by true events.
Olee
Now a Senior at John Marshall High in Los Angeles, California, sports have always been important to Olee. Just to name a few accomplishments during her time there, she spent four years on the varsity track team where she placed 2nd in the city for high jump, triple jump, and long jump. She played two years varsity volleyball where she won the coaches award and went to state. And during her three years on the varsity soccer team she not only won the northern league championship three years in a row—she was also elected midfield MVP last year. More than any award, however, Olle says, "it’s the friendships and community I've made by being on a team that I've cherished most. Having people to bring me up during games, in the locker room, and off the court/field—it's an amazing support system and has gotten me through high school. I'm so grateful to have been able to grow up together with my team. Each sport I've played has also taught me a lot about leadership, drive, and effort—values I'll carry with me for the rest of my life.

THANKS
